The Jokers face Dynamo again after defeating them 5:1 five days ago. Four games are on tap today, including a showdown between SKA and Ak Bars.

Jokerit has played against Moscow-based teams its previous couple of games, and it faces Dynamo again tonight. It’s the third clash between the two high-ranked teams – they both defeated each other earlier, and it will be exciting to see who will prevail as a winner. In the standings, Dynamo Moscow is currently the second seed with 64 points, and a Jokerit win would make it a tie with the Jokers with one game to recover.

Another game with a great impact on the postseason qualification is the showdown between Torpedo and Barys. The Kazakhs are in top shape of late, with two consecutive wins over Metallurg, while Torpedo is struggling and fell under the playoff line. However, a win may propel a new boost up for the Nizhny Novgorod side.

In St. Petersburg, the game between SKA and Ak Bars has surely less meaning in terms of a playoff qualification, but either side will want to send a message in such an emotion-filled matchup.

A clash between Vityaz and Severstal closes the KHL matchday.
